Is there a joining fee?
No. It’s free to join and participate in the In Awe Rewards program.
How do I earn points?
When purchasing as a member, points can be earned on merchandise and products online, but excludes purchases of eGift cards. You will not earn points for purchases made using points, returns credits or other promotional rewards.
How many points will earn on purchases?
You will earn 1 loyalty point per AUD $1 spent online on all eligible purchases.
How much are points worth?
Every loyalty point is worth AUD 5c towards eligible purchases online at inawe.com.au. For example, every 100 loyalty points is worth AUD $5.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points online, log in to your account and go to the My Points page. If you have points available, they will show upon login and during checkout on the Payment page. You must select ‘apply rewards’ to use any available points as part of payment towards your order.
When will I receive my points?
For online purchases, we aim to allocate your points within 24 hours of your entire order being shipped. For example, if you ordered two items but only one item has been shipped, your points will not be allocated until within 24 hours of the second item being shipped.
Do I need to earn a minimum number of points before I can redeem?
Yes. You need a minimum 100 points to start redeeming. For example, you can redeem 100 points or 1000 points on your next eligible transaction.
If I reach 100 points then redeem them, do I have to wait till I reach another 100 points to redeem again?
No. You only need to reach 100 points once, which will make you a bronze member. From here you can redeem points at any amount.
Will my points expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after the date we allocate them to you. We will send you a reminder via email and/ or SMS before your points are due to expire. You can view expiries in the In Awe Rewards section of your account by logging in.
Do points get deducted on returns?
Yes. If you send back any item your points will be deducted to the value sent back. For example, if you send back the value of $22 in goods, you will be deducted 22 points from your account.
What is a Bonus Offer?
From time to time, In Awe may also offer additional rewards, in the form of Bonus Points such as ‘2x points’ or Bonus Credit such as ‘Spend $100 get $20 credit’, as part of its promotional activities.
Separate promotional terms and conditions will apply to the use of a Bonus Offer. You can review all available Bonus Offers by logging in and going to the My Points page.
