The In Awe Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours so long as:

  • Order is made Mon – Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded) before 12:00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)
  • Products are in stock

We do not take responsibility for incorrect information provided at checkout. If an item is sent to an incorrect address because of user error, we are not obliged to re-send the item to an alternate address at our expense. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery. Orders can usually take up to a maximum of 7 days for delivery although we will always make an effort to get your order to you sooner, if possible. In the event that delivery is delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Shipping Rates within Australia

You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 business days after dispatch.

For regular customers within Australia:

  • Orders under $60 (based on cart subtotal) will incur a $8.90 flat rate shipping charge.
  • Orders $60 and over (based on cart subtotal) are entitled to free local shipping.

International Orders

International shipping is:

  • $16 for regular customers.
  • P.O.A for commercial customers.

Please note, In Awe. Australia is not responsible for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us (please see below email address) with your name and order number, and we will look into this for you.
