Joining In Awe Rewards is easy- you can create an account here. Through your account you will be able to access your purchase history and enjoy all the benefits associated with your In Awe Rewards Level.
If you are an existing customer i.e. you’ve purchased online before with your email address, or have subscribed to emails with In Awe, there’s no need to join- you are already part of the In Awe Rewards. You can log into your account or reset your password here.
Once you join In Awe Rewards, any eligible purchases made online will contribute to your In Awe Rewards Level.
When purchasing, points can be earned on merchandise and products online, but excludes purchases of eGift cards. You will not earn points for purchases made using points, returns credits or other promotional rewards.
You will earn 1 loyalty point per AUD $1 spent online on all eligible purchases.
Every point is worth AUD 5c towards eligible purchases online at inawe.com.au. For example, every 100 points is worth AUD $5.
To redeem your points online, log in to your account and go to the My Points page. If you have points available, they will show upon login and during checkout on the Payment page. You must select ‘apply points’ to use any available as part of payment towards your order.
For online purchases, we aim to allocate your points within 24 hours of your entire order being shipped.
Yes. You need a minimum 100 points to start redeeming.
No. You only need to reach 100 points once, which will make you a bronze member. From here you can redeem points at any amount.
Your points will expire 12 months after the date we allocate them to you. We will send you a reminder via email and/ or SMS before your points are due to expire. You can view expiries in the My Points page of your account by logging in.
Yes. If you send back any item your points will be deducted to the value sent back. For example, if you send back the value of $22 in goods, you will be deducted 22 points from your account.
From time to time, In Awe may also offer additional offers, in the form of Bonus Points such as ‘2x points’ or Bonus Credit such as ‘Spend $100 get $20 credit’, as part of its promotional activities. You can also receive bonus offers by moving up levels.
Separate promotional terms and conditions will apply to the use of a Bonus Offer. You can review all available Bonus Offers by logging in and going to the My Points page.
